Heat oil in pan on highest temperature. Once hot add all your vegetables and stiry fry for approximately 5 minutes. They should still be crunchy but cooked. Add your salt and stir in for an additional minute. Add noodles to pan and immediately add sauce mix well and remove from pan. For best taste garnish with spring onions, cilantro and sesame seeds.
1. 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
2. 1/2 cup sliced cabbage
3. 1/2 cup sliced carrots
4. 1/2 cup boilded noodles
5. 1/4 cup tofu or choice of meat
6. 1/4 cup sliced greeen beans
7. 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
8. Salt to taste
9. 4 tablespoons of Stiry Fry Sauce
10. Garnish: Spring Onion, Cilantro & Sesame Seeds.
Note: If you dont want to prepare ingredients buy a ready made bag of mixed stiry fry vegetables. Use 1 cup per serving.
